The Body Iron Adjustable Bench MT8 can be incorporated into any strength, cardio or functional training program, and can be used to perform an abundance of exercises such as; incline, flat and military presses, triceps dips, Bulgarian split squats and elevated push ups.

Due to its adjustable back pad, this bench is great for achieving a well-rounded workout.
