The Body Iron Front Squat & Hack Squat Commercial V2 has combined two of the best compound exercises – the front squat and the hack squat – into one simple and easy to use weight lifting machine.
You’ll feel like you’re performing both exercises with a free-weights system thanks to the shaped shoulder pads and off-centre mounted pivot, specially designed to give users the most natural range of motion.
The Body Iron Front Squat & Hack Squat Machine also features a conveniently positioned release handle, located above the right shoulder (hack squat) and left shoulder (front squat), allowing for an effortless interchange between exercises.
This is achieved through the release mechanism which disengages from the location cup to allow for full squat depth. To avoid squatting too deep, a secondary stop is positioned below this mechanism.
The oversized foot plate offers multiple foot positions, which is one of the most efficient ways to target different areas of legs, such as your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves. For example, a wider stance will predominately work the glutes and hamstrings, whereas a narrower stance will help you feel those quads burn!
The foot plate is also fully adjustable to accomodate all users, and features multiple ridges to prevent your feet from slipping.
The dual weight plate pegs allow you to load up as little or as much weight as you want. The Body Iron Front Squat & Hack Squat Machine also includes 4 weight plate storage pegs to help keep your gym space clean, neat and organised.
