The Body Iron Rising Pro Commercial Slam Balls are heavy duty, ultra durable and have a thick rubber casing with a deep textured rubber surface making it anti-slip. Also known as medicine balls, they are common in any and every gym and are used for a wide variety of different exercises that can target all muscle groups, including your abs, upper body and lower body. 

Featuring dead bounce technology in order to absorb large impacts when in use to ensure they are durable and resistant to breaking. Some exercises that these slam balls are used for include overhead slams, Russian twists, lunges and squats.
