The Body Iron FID Tough V3 can be adjusted into flat, incline and decline positions – the latter position perhaps being often overlooked, despite being the easiest way to target specific muscles in the chest and upper body.

Designed with an innovative ladder catch system, this gym bench locks into the correct position to eliminate any unintentional movement. This allows you to perform a wide range of exercises including dumbbell and barbell presses, chest supported and single arm rows, bicep curls and skull crushes, with maximum stability and support.
