The Body Iron Wall Mounted Pull Up Bar is a solid and dependable piece of functional equipment ideal for pull ups and chin up exercises. Pull ups are recognised to be one of the most effective ways to develop upper body strength, combining static muscle contractions with regular flexion and extension movements to hit your muscle fibers from all angles.
The triangulated design provides maximum strength from a lightweight frame which will easily hold 200kg. Mounting fixtures are not included.
