Bodyworx Olympic Swiss Bar

Offering four different hand positions, this multi-function Bodyworx Swiss Olympic Bar allows for a neutral grip, rather than pronated or supinated, during exercises such as presses, curls and row variations.

The purpose of this is to alleviate pressure from the shoulders, encouraging the correct technique and ensuring that we are powering these exercises through the correct muscles. This also makes the Swiss bar an excellent alternative for anyone recovering from an injury, where a regular straight bar would put too much strain on their body.
