We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your equipment to you efficiently and securely.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx): $12.95. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order ships.
Our Returns Promise

3 Package & Ship Your Return
- Securely repackage the item(s) in all original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and parts.
- Include the printed RMA form inside the box.
- Ship to the address provided by our team.
- Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We strongly recommend using a trackable service (DHL, FedEx, EMS) and keeping your proof of postage.
4 Inspection & Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original, resalable condition. This takes 3-5 business days.
5 Refund or Exchange Completion
- For Refunds: Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- For Exchanges: We will ship the replacement using your preferred method. Any price differences will be adjusted.
Refund Timeline & Method
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Bank/Card Posting Time: Once processed, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

- Aerobic Fitness Balls (if original packaging is opened or compromised).

- Damaged Due to Customer Misuse: Products damaged after delivery due to improper assembly, use, or neglect.
- Incomplete Returns: Items missing original components, packaging, or accessories.
